Let us introduce ourselves...
“We are just regular people who enjoy great meat producing a product that won’t break the bank and you will love to eat.”
That's the short version!

Why Akaushi? Heart Health
Akaushi beef contains a higher concentration of monounsaturated fat relative to saturated fat, which the American Heart Association notes can lead to lower cholesterol, the prevention of coronary heart disease, and weight loss. It is a significant source of oleic acid – the compound in olive oil that the USDA touts as “good for the heart”.
We guarantee the quality of every piece of meat by carcass ultra sounding for marbling.
Every carcass must meet high choice or prime at time of ultrasound and score in the top range of the tenderness scale to be made available for retail sale.
And The Taste...
It's more of an experience. Akaushi beef naturally contains intense marbling. It is generally recognized fat is responsible for the palatability of beef, but it is actually the monounsaturated fat responsible for the flavor. The marbling in Akaushi beef contains a much higher percentage of monounsaturated fat than any other beef in the United States. As a result, Akaushi beef has a rich buttery flavor and is juicy and tender.
